Presently, he serves as the Head of Vitero Retinal Department at Dhir Hospital & Post Graduate Institute of Ophthalmology in Bhiwani, managing a team of  postgraduate students, focusing exclusively on Retina and ROP. Dr. Pushkar Dhir’s dedication is underscored by numerous accolades, including awards for Ophthalmology Quiz Champion and Best upcoming Resident. He has showcased his editorial prowess in publications and actively contributes to ongoing research projects. Dr. Pushkar Dhir is not only a skilled professional but also an avid reader, sports enthusiast, and amateur marathon runner. His commitment to advancing ophthalmic care is evident through his clinical proficiency and continuous pursuit of knowledge.

Some of publications to his credit include : The field of ophthalmology has witnessed significant advancements, as reflected in recent publications. The Indian Journal of Ophthalmology in 2018 highlighted a secondary paracentral retinal hole following internal limiting membrane peeling for a large macular hole. Additionally, the DJO in 2019 unveiled insights into visual acuity through an article titled “Visual Acuity Decoded.” In “Vision By Venu,” a glueless and sutureless pterygium graft technique was explored. Notably, the masquerading nature of squamous cell carcinoma was discussed in the Advances in Ophthalmology and Visual System in 2018. Furthermore, a unique case of medulloepithelioma unmasked by incidental trauma was presented as a blessing in disguise. The DJO in 2019 also featured a distinctive case of mixed retinopathy, showcasing the diversity of ophthalmic presentations. Moreover, a study delved into the formation of intraocular lens biofilms, revealing insights through scanning electron microscopy. As ophthalmic research continues, a 10-year retrospective analysis of clinical profiles and survival rates in retinoblastoma from northeastern India is currently under review. These publications collectively contribute to the expanding knowledge base in ophthalmology, encompassing diverse pathologies and innovative approaches.

He completed his fellowship under the guidance of past president of Vitreo-Retina society of India Dr. A Giridhar from Giridhar Eye Institute, Cochin,Kerala.

His expertise lies in managing various Vitreo-Retina disorders and uveitis cases. He has worked with various eye organizations, and has published a case report in an indexed journal on ‘Bilateral acute angle closure glaucoma’ and has has done his thesis on Uveitis associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis. With 12 years of experience in this filed he still has a zeal to learn, teach and work as a team.

She worked as a senior resident at B.J medical College Ahmedabad from 2019 to 2020.

And did her Oculoplasty fellowship from premier institute PGIMER Chandigarh under the guidance of Dr Usha Singh.

She has been serving as Oculoplasty Surgeon at Dhir Hospital Post Graduate of Ophthalmology Bhiwani since March 2023

Oculoplastics is a branch of Ophthalmology which deals with conditions such as droopy eyelids, bulging forward of eyeballs (thyroid eye disease), watery eyes, congenital birth defects of eyelids which affect the normal growth of eye in children affecting vision and tumors and deformities left after injury to the eyes.
